I collaborate with key stakeholder groups monthly to advance and accelerate a shared vision for empowered learning with technology. As a co-facilitator of county-wide monthly Instructional Technology Association Committee meetings I model strategies and best practices for technology integration with an emphasis on leveraging the county adopted student information system, learning management system, and data warehouse to advance empowered learning with technology.

Advocate for equitable access to educational technology, digital content and learning opportunities to meet the diverse needs of all students.
Students in this artifact are adult learners. In the webinar “Accessibility in Schoology '' I Identify specific features of Schoology that will be used to support accessibility and Universal Design for Learning. I advocate for the use of tool tips, contrast in Schoology Assessments, leveraging the Individually Assign functionality, and more to reach the broadest range of learners.

Model for colleagues the identification, exploration, evaluation, curation and adoption of new digital resources and tools for learning.In the webinar Enhancing Instruction With Schoology Apps I model the process I use to select digital resources and how to use frameworks and models to implement resources to support best practice. I discuss how educators can use the Triple E Framework (1:50) to make decisions about the role of new technologies in a given lesson (9:05). After I discuss the three components of the Triple E Framework--Engage, Enhance, and Extend--I model how I apply the framework as I identify, explore, evaluate, curate, and adopt new digital resources and tools for learning in the Schoology App Center (10:09).
